Introducing the Husmus Cookbook Supper Club!!

Husmus Cookbook Supper Club (HCSC) is a quarterly club that will coincide with the changes of every season. Each subscription will include a cookbook intentionally chosen by me (Sarah!) and will vary each season. It will also include a long table dinner with the other HCSC members with tablescape designed by Husmus Studio.
Price Plan: This membership is billed MONTHLY even though it is a quarterly event. This is to break up the payment to $35/ month instead of $105 quarterly. The yearly fee is $420. (If you would rather a quarterly or full year payment, please reach out to me directly.)
How does it work?
Each Husmus Cookbook Supper Club member will receive the chosen cookbook one month prior to the dinner. Then on the assigned date (listed below) we will come together for a long table dinner, where each person will bring an item they made from the cookbook to share with everyone. I (Sarah) will provide a main course and two side items from the same cookbook. I will also design a tablescape to coordinate with the season and cookbook, including linens, glassware, and decorations/florals. We will share what we liked about the cookbook and what we learned.
This is designed to broaden your skills and inspire you to try new things! We ask that each member has a base knowledge of cooking skills or is willing to learn and try new things. No need to be a professional chef!
Dates of Supper Club:
Please do not sign up for the club unless you can commit to these dates! I would love for this supper club to build onto itself as we move through the year and as we get to know each other.

What are you committing to?
-Monthly fee of $35 / must pay 3 monthly fees to join each quarterly dinner
-Making a side of your choice from assigned cookbook to share with HCSC members (12 people)
-Joining the dinner on predetermined dates

Dietary/Allergen Notice:
Since this is a community dinner made by members in their homes, we cannot guarantee there hasn't been any cross-contamination of allergens. We will ask for ingredients and they will be listed in the cookbook as well. If you have a severe allergy to a common food allergen, please consider not joining or being prepared to not being able to eat all of the dishes provided.
Cookbooks will vary on dietary preferences (meat, vegetarian, gluten) and cultures. I will do my best to choose cookbooks that have ingredients that can be found in Knoxville or that I can source. If there is something a recipe calls for and we can't get it in Knoxville, I will do my best to provide alternative ideas.
